3) Sources of Personal Information

- Monitor listings, pre-screen condition/pricing, and contact sellers on your behalf with your authorization.

- Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, spam, fraud, or violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
AI-assisted processing. We may use third-party AI and automation tools to help analyze images/text, classify listings, or draft communications. We instruct vendors to use your data only to provide the contracted services and, where offered, to opt out of model training; vendor practices may vary and are subject to their privacy terms.
5) Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose personal information to:
- Service providers / processors (hosting, analytics, A/B testing, payments, messaging/SMS, customer support, delivery coordination, security/fraud prevention, AI processing).
- Sellers / delivery partners to arrange viewings, negotiate, and coordinate pickup/delivery at your request.
